I have updated the Terms & Conditions for Jusoor Al-Quran to reflect your new website, phone number, and email address. I’ve also maintained a professional structure to ensure the policies are clear and easy for your students to read.
Terms of Service & Refund Policy
To users of josooralquran.com and its services: By registering for online classes at Jusoor Al-Quran Academy (for yourself or your child), you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy:
1. Enrollment and Payments
- Trial Period: Upon successful completion of the free trial class(es), you must decide whether to continue with the classes.
- Advance Payment: Fees are paid monthly in advance during the last week of every month for the following month.
- Overdue Payments: The Academy reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days without a valid excuse. Classes will remain suspended until payment is settled.
- Fee Increases: Fees will increase annually by approximately 10–12% at the end of each Gregorian calendar year.
2. Attendance and Makeup Classes
- Short Absences: Any leave of less than 5 days will be unpaid, as the time slot cannot be reassigned to other students.
- Cancellations: To cancel a class, you must inform your teacher and report via the Academy’s WhatsApp at least two hours before the lesson starts.
- Unannounced Absences: If a student misses a class without prior notice (except in emergencies), the absence will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged.
- Extended Absence: The Academy reserves the right to cancel classes without a refund if a student is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice.
3. Teacher and Slot Reservation
- Reserving Slots: If you wish to put classes on hold but want to keep the same teacher and time slot, the full fee will be charged to reserve that slot.
- Teacher Changes: Jusoor Al-Quran Academy reserves the right to change teachers at any time for quality assurance. If a teacher resigns, a replacement will be assigned. Students must not maintain private contact with former teachers.
4. Privacy and Security
- Information Safety: Never share your contact information (phone number, email, address) or credit card details with any teacher. Jusoor Al-Quran Academy is not responsible for any misuse of information shared privately.
- Professional Boundaries: You must not discuss payments or personal contact details with teachers. All administrative matters must go through the Academy office.
